Truffle Mayo:

The Burger:

  • Portobello mushrooms, seasoned with rosemary, thyme, garlic, olive oil 20.0 slices
  • Poppy seed buns 10.0 pc
  • Onions, caramelized 280.0 g
  • Watercress 100.0 g

This gourmet burger is unashamedly rich and delicious. We’ve gone big on the truffle flavours here. Next to the rosemary and thyme mushroom, this dish is a real umami hit. We think this would go perfectly with some sweet potato fries, or if you really want to deliver, why not add truffle fries with vegan cheese?

Preparation

  1. Truffle Mayo:

    • Add the Hellmann's Vegan Mayonnaise into a bowl.
    • Add the truffle paste and mix together until well combined.
    • Season to taste.
  2. The Burger:

    • Prepare caramelized onions.
    • Combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
    • Brush mushrooms with the herb mixture.
    • Grill mushrooms until they’re cooked through and nicely charred on both sides.
    • Slice the buns and brush with oil. Toast on the grill.
    • Assemble the burgers, starting with a generous amount of caramelized onions.
    • Top each with the grilled mushrooms, watercress, and the truffle mayo.
