Preparation

  1. Filling:

    • Place the carrots in a baking tray.
    • Combine the sesame and canola oil together and drizzle over the carrots.
    • Season the carrots withKnorr Aromatand crushed black pepper.
    • Roast at 200°C until cooked.
  2. Sriracha Dressing:

    • CombineHellmann’s Real Mayonnaise,Knorr Lime Seasoning Powderand Sriracha in a bowl. Whisk well to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  3. Cheddar Cheese Dressing:

    • DiluteKnorr Lime Seasoning Powderin 15ml water.
    • BlendHellmann’s Real Mayonnaisewith the cheese, green onions, dilutedKnorr Lime Seasoning Powderand onion powder in a food processor or blender. Taste and adjust seasoning.
    • Transfer both dressings in a squeeze bottle. Store in the chiller until ready to use.
  4. Sandwich:

    • Lightly warm the buns by toasting them over a dry pan or griller.
    • To assemble, spread some mustard on one side of the bun.
    • Spread out an ample amount of kimchi into the bun, followed by the roasted carrots.
    • Drizzle the carrots alternatively with both dressings.
    • Sprinkle with chives, sesame seeds and garnish with green cress.
  5. Delivery & Takeaway Tips:

    • Place the dips in separate containers.
    • Pack the kimchi separately to avoid soggy buns and exclude the cress garnish.
