Chicken Parmigiana Bruschetta:

  • Bread slices, toasted 10 pc
  • Olive oil 150 ml
  • Knorr Mise en Place Basil (2x340g) 100 g
  • Chicken breast, cubes 1000 g
  • Oregano 10 g
  • Black pepper, crushed 5 g
  • Cheese, parmesan, grated 500 g
  • Thyme fresh stick 10 g
  • fresh greens 50 g
  1. Chicken Parmigiana Bruschetta:

    • Brush bread slice with olive and toast or grill under the salamander or on any grill, brush with Knorr Mise en Place Basil.
    • Marinate the chicken with Knorr Chicken Stock Powder, pepper, oregano and olive oil, bake for 17 minutes at 180°C.
    • Take the chicken out from the oven and top with Knorr Tomato Pronto and Knorr Mise en Place Basil.
    • Grate parmesan cheese on each chicken breast, and melt under the salamander.
    • Top chicken breast on bread and garnish with fresh greens.
