Lemon & Cardamom Cappuccino:

For Iced Lattes:

Chef’s Tip:

  1. Lemon & Cardamom Cappuccino:

    • Put Refreshing Lemon tea bag in cappuccino cup and add 50mL of boiling water.
    • Infuse for 3 minutes and discard the bag.
    • Add 7.5 mL of cardamom syrup.
    • Add steamed soy milk like a regular cappuccino.
  2. For Iced Lattes:

    • It’s possible to make the tea infusion ahead of time.
    • Add 3 bags of tea to 500 mL of boiling water. Leave to cool and discard tea bags.
  3. Chef’s Tip:

    • Try making this with Lipton English Breakfast or Lipton Juicy Forest Fruits to create other flavourful blends.
