Making the Soup:

  • Lamb, minced 300 g
  • Spinach, leaves 150 g
  • Onion, diced 100 g
  • Knorr Corn Oil (4x5L) 30 ml
  • Carrots, cut into chunks 200 g
  • Potatoes, cubed, boiled 200 g
  • Green lentils 200 g
  • Boiling Water 2 l
  • Knorr Concentrated Chicken Bouillon (6x1L) 30 ml
  • Cumin powder 20 g
  1. Making the Soup:

    • Heat Knorr Corn Oil in a large non-stick saucepan. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add minced lamb and fry for 4 minutes or until brown colour.
    • Add spinach, potato, carrot, and lentil, add cumin powder. Stir for 3 minutes then add water and Knorr Chicken Stock Powder. Bring to boil, stirring then simmer for 10–15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
    • Add Knorr Lime Seasoning juice, stir and serve.
