Strawberry Salad:

  • Strawberry fresh, slice 500 g
  • Balsamic Vinegar 50 ml
  • Basil, fresh, chopped 5 g
  • Mint leaves chopped 5 g
  • Black pepper, crushed 1 g
  • Salt 3 g

Bruschetta:

  • Bread slices, toasted 10 pc
  • Olive oil 130 ml
  • Knorr Mise en Place Basil (2x340g) 50 g
  • Goat Cheese 300 g
  • Roasted Pine nuts 50 g
  • Mint leaves 10 g
  • balsamic reduction 10 g
  • Parmesan cheese, Shredded 20 g
  1. Strawberry Salad:

    • Mix sliced strawberry with all other ingredients and reserve in the chiller.
  2. Bruschetta:

    • Brush bread slice with olive oil and toast or grill under the salamander or on any grill, brush with Knorr Mise en Place Basil.
    • Place goat cheese on bread.
    • Top with strawberry salad.
    • Drizzle balsamic reduction and grated parmesan.
    • Garnish with roasted pine nuts and mint leaves.
