For the Strawberry Salad:

  • Strawberry fresh, slice 500 g
  • Balsamic Vinegar 50 ml
  • Basil, fresh, chopped 5 g
  • Mint leaves chopped 5 g
  • Black pepper, crushed 1 g
  • Salt 3 g

The Bruschetta:

  • Bread slices, toasted 10 pc
  • Olive oil 130 ml
  • Goat Cheese 300 g
  • Roasted Pine nuts 50 g
  • Mint leaves 10 g
  • balsamic reduction 10 g
  • Parmesan cheese, Shredded 20 g
  1. For the Strawberry Salad:

    Mix sliced strawberry with all other ingredients and reserve in chiller.
  2. The Bruschetta:

    • Brush bread slice with olive and toast or grill under salamander or on any grill , brush with Knorr Mise En Place Basil.
    • Place goat cheese on bread.
    • Top with strawberry salad.
    • Drizzle balsamic reduction, parmesan grated.
    • Garnish with pine nuts roasted and mint leaves.
