  1. Procedure

    • Combine ingredients in a dry bowl and whisk to combine evenly.
    • Store in a dry airtight container.
    • To use the seasoning, toss 250g of friedingredientwith 7-10 of the seasoning. Serve with a cucumber yogurt sauce (see under sauce recipes)
