Bean Sprout Salad:

  • Beansprouts 550.0 g
  • Spring onions, finely chopped 3.0 g
  • Garlic cloves 2.0 g
  • Sesame oil 30.0 ml
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Bean Sprout Salad:

    • Rinse the beansprouts twice in cold water, discarding any rotten or floating beans. Boil in salted water for 7 mins with lid on. Do not open the lid until done.
    • Drain, refresh, pat dry and toss with remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning.
