Blue Cheese Mayonnaise:

Vegetable Slaw:

Capsicum, grated 125.0 g
Buffalo Sauce:

Worcestershire Sauce 50.0 ml
Building the Burger:

Chicken patties 10.0 pc

Cheddar Cheese, Sliced 10.0 pc

Burger buns 10.0 pc

Cucumber pickles, sliced 300.0 g

Lettuce 10.0 pc

Buffalo sauce, prepared 650.0 g
Preparation

Blue Cheese Mayonnaise:
- Combine Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise and blue cheese in a blender and mix until smooth. Chill until use.

Vegetable Slaw:
- Sauté vegetables in melted butter and season with Knorr Chicken Stock Powder, allow to cool down slightly.

Buffalo Sauce:
- Combine all four sauces simply by whisking or blending.

Building the Burger:
- Grill chicken patties until cooked, about 4 min each side. Season with Knorr Chicken Stock Powder. Place a slice of cheese on each.
- Start by toasting the buns and then spreading blue cheese mayo on both sides.
- Layer with lettuce, then the chicken patty with some buffalo sauce.
- Then top off with the vegetable slaw and top of the bun.
