Preparation

Moghrabieh Spice Mix:
- Mix all the ingredients to prepare the Moghrabieh Spice.

Chicken Moghrabieh Soup:
- In a soup pan, add chicken and water over medium heat.
- Skim any fat from the top. Add whole onion, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Simmer the chicken until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and discard the skin, then shred into bite size pieces.

Mogrhabieh:
- Over medium heat, in a saucepan, add oil, sauté onion for 4 minutes, add chickpeas, season with half amount of spices. Add Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Cubes, and chicken water, then add Moghrabieh pearls.
- Simmer the Moghrabieh until they are tender. About 20 minutes.
