Chicken Sate:

  • Chicken thigh fillet or breast fillet 1000.0 g
  • Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder (6x1kg) 20.0 g
  • Black pepper, ground 5.0 g

Marinade:

Skewers:

  • Mixed Capsicums (green and red), large dice 400.0 g
  • Red onions, large dice 200.0 g
  • Marinated chicken
  • Corn or vegetable oil 45.0 ml

Preparation

  1. Chicken Sate:

    • Season the diced chicken with Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder and pepper.
  2. Marinade:

    • To make the marinade, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well to combine.
    • Combine the chicken with the marinade and let it marinate overnight.  
  3. Skewers:

    • Skewer the chicken alternately with capsicums and diced onions.
    • Drizzle the chicken with oil. Cook the chicken over a charcoal griller.
    • Serve with peanut sauce.
