Chipotle Chilli Beef Bowl:

  • Brown onion, chopped 150.0 g
  • Beef chuck, minced 2.5 kg
  • Chipotle, paste 50.0 g
  • Garlic, puree 100.0 g
  • Cumin, ground 5.0 g
  • Water 200.0 ml
  • Black beans 100.0 g
  • Corn cobs, grilled 10.0 pc
  • Oil 50.0 ml
  1. Chipotle Chilli Beef Bowl:

    • Fry off the onions in the oil until soft, add the beef and brown slightly.
    • Add the chipotle paste, Knorr Hickory BBQ Sauce, garlic puree, cumin and cook for a further five minutes.
    • Add the water, Knorr Tomato Pronto and cook for two hours until the meat starts to become tender. Drain and rinse the beans and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
    • Serve with grilled corn.
