Preparation

Meat Balls:
- Mix, meat, onion, mint, parsley, all spices, cinnamon and Knorr Professional Beef Flavoured Powder. Knead the meat mix until incorporated, form small 25 gm meatballs.
- Pass meatballs through the flour and remove excess flour, oil the meatballs and place on a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven 180°C, and bake the meatballs for 15 minutes.

Sauce:
- Sauté onion, garlic in oil until soft, add spices then tomato paste, finally Knorr Tomato Pronto, water and Knorr Professional Beef Flavoured Powder, simmer all ingredients together for only 5 minutes.
- Pour sauce over the meatballs in the same pan, bake in the oven for another 10 minutes or until meat is cooked and sauce is consistent.

Garnish and Presentation:
- Sprinkle it with pine nuts and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve with white rice pilaf.
