Chicken Wings:

  • Water 15.0 ml
  • Gochujang paste 30.0 g
  • Chilli flakes 2.0 g
  • Soy sauce 60.0 ml
  • Garlic cloves, finely minced 3.0 pc
  • Honey or Maple Syrup 15.0 ml
  • Chicken wings, trimmed, washed & pat dry 3.0 kg

  • Grilled corn, orange tomatoes, cress, toasted sesame seeds.
  1. Chicken Wings:

    • Dilute Knorr Lime Seasoning in 15ml water. 
    • Combine all the ingredients with the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise in a mixer and blend until smooth.
    • Add the chicken wings, cover, and marinate overnight in the chiller.
    • Grease and preheat the grill.
    • Brush the chicken wings with the marinade, before grilling until cooked through or place them in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes to finish cooking.
  2. Ranch Dip:

    • Dilute Knorr Lime Seasoning in 15ml water.
    • Mix together the ingredients. Chill until ready to use.
  3. Ginger Lime Dip:

    • Dilute Knorr Lime Seasoning in 15ml water.
    • Mix together the ingredients. Chill until ready to use.
  4. Garlic Cheddar Dip:

    • Dilute Knorr Lime Seasoning in 15ml water.
    • Mix together the ingredients. Chill until ready to use.
  5. Side Garnishes:

    • Arrange the chicken on a platter with the garnish and the trio of dips.
  6. Delivery & Takeaway Tips:

    • Place the dips in a separate container.
    • Remove the cress and package the tomatoes and corn separately.
