  1. Marination:

    • Remove the tail and the shell from the shrimps and marinate them with all the ingredients for 2 hours minimum.
    • After marination, in a wood skewer put 2 to 3 pieces and grill for 3 min each side, until cooked.
  2. Garnish:

    • Marinate the vegetables with the Knorr Professional Far East Seasoning and olive oil. Grill until it’s cooked and gets the grilled colour.
  3. Sauce:

    • Combine all the ingredients together, mix well and set aside in the fridge until use.
  4. Presentation:

    • In a steamed bao bread (5 min steamed in the oven), add the yogurt mayo sauce, then add the grilled leeks, onions and avocado, the hot grilled shrimps and garnish with some mix lettuce and radish.
