Lime Juice:

  • Lime Juice
  • Water 450.0 ml

Italian Ice:

  • Sugar 200.0 g
  • Salt 1.0 g
  • Water 500.0 ml


  • Candied Lime Slice 10.0 pc
  1. Lime Juice:

    • Mix Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder into the water to dissolve, keep cool.
  2. Italian Ice:

    • Put the sugar and water into a pot and bring to a simmer to dissolve all the sugar.
    • Let it cool then add the lime juice. Pour into the ice cream churner with the salt and churn till soft and light.
  3. Plate:

    • Scoop the Italian ice into a bowl and garnish with lime chips.
