Preparation

Filling:
- Place the carrots in a baking tray.
- Combine the sesame and canola oil together and drizzle over the carrots.
- Season the carrots with Knorr Aromat and crushed black pepper.
- Roast at 200°C until cooked.

Sriracha Dressing:
- Combine Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder and Sriracha in a bowl. Whisk well to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Cheddar Cheese Dressing:
- Dilute Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder in 15ml water.
- Blend Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise with the cheese, green onions, diluted Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder and onion powder in a food processor or blender. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Transfer both dressings in a squeeze bottle. Store in the chiller until ready to use.

Sandwich:
- Lightly warm the buns by toasting them over a dry pan or griller.
- To assemble, spread some mustard on one side of the bun.
- Spread out an ample amount of kimchi into the bun, followed by the roasted carrots.
- Drizzle the carrots alternatively with both dressings.
- Sprinkle with chives, sesame seeds and garnish with green cress.
