Preparation

  1. NoChicken Chunks Shawarma:

    • In a bowl, combine theThe Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunkswith all the ingredients and marinate for 3 hours minimum.
  2. Sauce:

    • Roast the peeled garlic in the oven with the sunflower oil and bay leaves for 25 min in low temperature (90-100) degrees.
    • In a bowl, mash the garlic, add theHellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    • Heat the pan with olive oil, add the marinated NoChicken and roast until golden color.
  3. Serving:

    • In a small Lebanese bread, add the mayo garlic, the NoChicken Shawarma, pickles and garnish with fried cabbage and baby Rocca.
