Preparation

NoChicken Chunks Shawarma:
- Defrost the The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks a night before in the fridge.
- In a bowl, combine the The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks with all the ingredients and marinate for 3 hours minimum.

Sauce:
- Roast the peeled garlic in the oven with the sunflower oil and bay leaves for 25 min in low temperature (90-100) degrees.
- In a bowl, mash the garlic, add the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Heat the pan with olive oil, add the marinated NoChicken and roast until golden color.

- In a small Lebanese bread, add the mayo garlic, the NoChicken Shawarma, pickles and garnish with fried cabbage and baby Rocca.
