  • Cumin, ground 3.0 g
  • Coriander ground 3.0 g
  • Turmeric 1.0 g
  • Fresh chopped garlic 25.0 g

  • Lemon zest 1.0 pc
  • Coconut, cream 150.0 ml
  • Yogurt 100.0 g
  • Orange Zest 1.0 pc
  • Paprika 3.0 g
  • White Vinegar 5.0 cl
  • Olive oil 6.0 cl
  • Salt 2.0 g
  • Black pepper 1.0 g

Sauce:

  • Garlic, roasted 20.0 g
  • Sunflower 250.0 ml
  • Bay leaves 2.0 pc
  • Lemon, juice 4.0 cl
  • Salt 1.0 g
  • Pepper 1.0 g

Serving:

  • Small Lebanese bread 15.0 pc
  • Cucumber pickles 35.0 g
  • Baby Rocca 25.0 g
  • Red cabbage fried 30.0 g
  1. NoChicken Chunks Shawarma:

    • Defrost the The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks a night before in the fridge.
    • In a bowl, combine the The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks with all the ingredients and marinate for 3 hours minimum.
  2. Sauce:

    • Roast the peeled garlic in the oven with the sunflower oil and bay leaves for 25 min in low temperature (90-100) degrees.
    • In a bowl, mash the garlic, add the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    • Heat the pan with olive oil, add the marinated NoChicken and roast until golden color.
  3. Serving:

    • In a small Lebanese bread, add the mayo garlic, the NoChicken Shawarma, pickles and garnish with fried cabbage and baby Rocca.
