Grilled Chicken:

  • Chicken, whole 1.4 kg
  • Rosemary 20 g
  • Black pepper, crushed 20 g
  • Onion, cubes 70 g
  • Garlic 1 pc
  1. Grilled Chicken:

    • Peel and quarter onion before stuffing into the chicken along with rosemary and garlic, sprinkle a little Knorr Chicken Stock Powder inside the chicken.
    • Marinate the chicken with Knorr Corn Oil, Knorr Chicken Stock Powder and black pepper on the outside.
    • Pre-heat oven to 180°C before cooking for 40min.
