Roasted Chicken:

  • Chicken, whole 1.4 kg
  • Rosemary 20.0 g
  • Black pepper, crushed 20.0 g
  • Onion, cubes 70.0 g
  • Garlic 1.0 pc
  • Oil 20.0 ml
  1. Roasted Chicken:

    • Peel and quarter onion before stuffing into the chicken along with rosemary and garlic. Sprinkle a little Knorr Chicken Stock Powder inside the chicken.
    • Marinate the chicken with oil, Knorr Chicken Stock Powder and black pepper on the outside.
    • Preheat oven to 180°C before cooking for 40min.
