Shakshouka with Chickpeas
Shakshouka is a favorite in the Middle East and this recipe includes chickpeas and Labneh. Slow digesting ingredients help with slow-release energy that your guests need to keep going all day. A must have dish on your Suhoor menu, view below!
- Heat a skillet and add the Knorr Tomato Pronto, smoked paprika and Knorr Aromat Seasoning, chickpeas and cook though.
- Fry the eggs separatelyin some butter. place the tomato mix into a bowl and place the eggs on top.
- Scatter the Zaatar and spoon over the labneh in small scoops onto the Shakshouka.
- Serve with toasted bread.
