  • Baby spinach 25.0 g

  • Green onions, chopped 25.0 g

Preparation

  1. BBQ Pulled NoChicken Chunks:

    • In a pan, mix the marination together and heat until boiled for 2 min and set aside until cold.
    • In a vacuum bag add the The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks and the cold marination and make them sous-vide.
    • Cook in water for 1.5 hours at 55 degrees.
    • Put them in a large bowl and with two forks shred the cooked The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks.
  2. Sauce:

    • For the sauce, in a bowl mix the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, Knorr Hickory BBQ Sauce, chopped pickles, garlic powder and set aside in the fridge.
  3. Serving:

    • Roast the brioche until golden, add the shredded The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks, the sauce, radish, pickles and garnish with baby spinach and chopped green onion.
