• Beef short ribs, cut into 5 cm pieces 2 kg
  • Smoked paprika 3 g

The Glaze:

  1. Ribs:

    • Combine ingredients and rub over ribs, marinate overnight.
    • Place ribs in roasting pan, roast in oven for 2-3 hours or until tender.
  2. The Glaze:

    • In a pot, combine some pan juices from the ribs with Knorr Hickory BBQ Sauce and garlic paste, reduce over medium heat.
    • Brush glaze over ribs and place back in oven for 15 minutes or until caramelised.
    • Serve with slaw.
