• Beef short ribs, cut into 5 cm pieces 2.0 kg
  • Smoked paprika 3.0 g


  • Garlic, paste 10.0 g
  • Coriander, garnish
  • Coleslaw, to serve
  1. Ribs:

    • Combine ingredients and rub over ribs, marinate overnight.
    • Place ribs in a roasting pan, roast in the oven for 2-3 hours or until tender.
  2. Glaze:

    • In a pot, combine some pan juices from the ribs with Knorr Hickory BBQ Sauce and garlic paste, reduce over medium heat.
    • Brush glaze over ribs and place back in the oven for 15 minutes or until caramelized.
    • Serve with slaw.
