Chicken:

  • Chicken breast 10.0 pc
  • Full fat milk 500.0 ml
  • Yogurt 200.0 g

Batter:

  • Flour 250.0 g
  • Paprika 5.0 g
  • Garlic, powder 5.0 g
  • Mustard, powder 3.0 g
  • Black pepper, powder 2.0 g
  • Eggs, whisked 4.0 pc

Comeback Sauce:

  • Chilli, paste 30.0 g
  1. Chicken:

    • Make a marinade using milk, yogurt and Knorr Chicken Stock Powder and marinate the chicken for 3 hours.
  2. Batter:

    • Combine flour and spices in a bowl. Take chicken out of the marinade and dip into the flour mix, then into egg mix and back into the flour.
    • Deep fry until cooked.
    • Serve and chips and comeback sauce.
  3. Comeback Sauce:

    • Mix Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise and chili paste together.
