• Flour 250 g
  • Paprika 5 g
  • Garlic, powder 5 g
  • Mustard, powder 3 g
  • Black pepper, powder 2 g
  • Eggs, whisked 4 pc

Comeback Sauce:

  1. Chicken:

    • Make a marinade using milk, yogurt and Knorr Chicken Stock Powder and marinate the chicken for 3 hours.
  2. Batter:

    • Combine flour and spices in a bowl. Take chicken out of the marinade and dip into the flour mix, then into egg mix and back into the flour.
    • Deep fry until cooked.
    • Serve and chips and comeback sauce.
  3. Comeback Sauce:

    • Mix Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise and chili paste together.
