  • Basil leaf 15.0 g
  • Crispy potato 50.0 g

Preparation

  1. Marination:

    • In a bowl, add all the ingredients together then add the olive oil and marinate the fish for a minimum of 25 minutes.
    • Cook in a low temperature at 140°C for 30 to 40 minutes.
  2. Sauce:

    • In a hot pan, add the olive oil, the vegetables and stir for 5 minutes.
    • Add the Knorr Professional Fish Stock Powder, red chili pepper, tomato paste, the seasoning and Knorr Professional Tomato Pronto and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Garnish:

    • Plate the cooked marinated sea bass in a fish tray then add the sauce on top and garnish with crispy potatoes and fresh basil.
