Spinach Salad:

  • Spinach 350.0 g
  • Spring onions 150.0 g
  • Soy sauce 15.0 ml
  • Sesame oil 20.0 ml
  • Cloves Garlic, finely diced 3.0 g
  • Sesame seeds toasted 6.0 g

  1. Spinach Salad:

    • Wash and dry the spinach. Pick off the stems and discard any bad leaves.
    • In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat. Add spinach, cover and reduce heat to medium-high. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until tender but still bright green. Drain and refresh.
    • Squeeze out excess water using your hands. Cut spinach into 2-inch lengths and place in a large bowl.
    • Slice the spring onions, reserve half of them, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Garnish with reserved spring onions and serve at room temperature.
