Chipotle Mayo:

The Burger:

  • Vegan beef patty 10.0 pc
  • Vegan cheese 10.0 slices
  • Avocado 20.0 slices
  • Black sesame bun 10.0 pc
  • Little gem 70.0 g
  • Chervil 10.0 sprigs
  • Pickled onions 60.0 g

This vegan edition of the traditional beef burger comes with all the frills. We’re talking grilled avocado, melty vegan cheese and quick pickled onion. Spice things up with a chipotle mayonnaise, made with Hellmann's Vegan Mayonnaise, and watch as this dish flies off the pass.

Preparation

  1. Chipotle Mayo:

    • Add the Hellmann's Vegan Mayonnaise into a bowl.
    • Add the chipotle, sugar, onion, garlic and tomato paste.
    • Mix together until well combined.
    • Season to taste.
  2. The Burger:

    • Cook the vegan beef patties after brushing with oil on the grill until charred and cooked through. Top with a slice of vegan cheese and cook until melted.
    • Peel, de-stone and slice the avocado and place on the grill for a few seconds each side.
    • Slice the buns and brush with oil. Toast on the grill. 
    •  Assemble the burgers, starting with a generous spread of chipotle mayo, add the grilled patty with cheese then the rest of ingredients.
