Lemon-Herb Mayonnaise:

  • Lemon zest 10.0 g
  • Parsley, freshly chopped 5.0 g
  • Coriander, fresh, chopped 5.0 g

Burger:

  • Black Beans, drained, partially mashed 1.5 kg
  • Bread crumbs, plain 300.0 g
  • Eggs 3.0 pc
  • Garlic, chopped 15.0 g
  • Red bell pepper, chopped 100.0 g
  • Onion, finely chopped 100.0 g
  • Cumin seeds, toasted, prepared 5.0 g
  • Black pepper, ground 5.0 g
  • Olive oil 125.0 ml
  • Tomatoes sliced 10.0 pc
  • Hamburger buns, toasted 10.0 pc
  1. Lemon-Herb Mayonnaise:

    • Mix together Hellman's Classic Mayonnaise, lemon zest, herbs and Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder.
  2. Burger:

    • Combine black pepper, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, garlic, black beans, bell pepper, onion, toasted cumin seeds and Knorr Vegetable Powder.
    • Shape patties at about 170g each
    • Coat the sauté pan lightly with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Fry patties to lightly brown on both sides and heated through.
    • Spread cut sides of the buns evenly with Lemon-Herb Mayonnaise and build burgers.
