  1. Procedure

    • Combine ingredients in a dry bowl and whisk to combine evenly.
    • Store in a dry airtight container
    • To use the seasoning, toss 250g of fried ingredient with 7-10 of the seasoning.  Garnish with shaved parmesan as an option.
