Please read these terms of use (“Terms”) carefully before engaging with the AI Experience. These Terms are intended to inform users of the limitations and usage guidelines of the NextGenAI Experience experience (“AI Experience”) provided by Unilever Food Solutions (“us”, “we”) on our website. The user (“you”, “your”) is defined as the person using the AI Experience.
By accessing this AI Experience and interacting with it, you are agreeing to enter into these terms and conditions with us regarding the use of the AI Experience and the information shared. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the AI Experience.
General Information
The AI Experience is an automated system powered by Azure Open AI GPT- 3.5 and GPT- 4 and fine-tuned on Unilever information. As this is a Generative AI solution, responses are created algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. It is designed to give you personalized advice and recommendations related to our products and services. The information provided by the AI Experience is for general guidance purposes only and is not intended to be comprehensive, nor to constitute legal, financial, nutritional or professional advice. The AI Experience is designed to assist with information retrieval and user support and hence, it always operates under human oversight and does not make autonomous decisions on our or your behalf.
Liability
While we strive to provide accurate information through the AI Experience, we cannot guarantee the accuracy and/or the completeness of the information provided. The AI Experience may, at times, provide information that is inaccurate, so we encourage you to verify any information provided by the AI Chatbot before taking any action or making any decisions based on the information received. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees in relation to the availability, suitability continuity, reliability, accuracy, currency or security of this AI Experience or the information it provides. We, our officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies, and representatives do not accept any liability regarding the information provided and cannot be held liable for any actions, losses, or damages (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise) resulting from your use of the AI Experience.
Your use of the AI Experience
The use of the AI Experience is intended for persons over 18 years of age. By using the AI Experience, you agree (1) to use the AI Experience for its intended purposes only – to create recipes or give menu recommendations; (2) not to post, send or share defamatory, offensive, intimidating, illegal, racist, discriminatory, obscene, harmful or inappropriate content in any form through the AI Experience; (3) not to use the AI Experience to conduct illegal, immoral or hateful activities; (4) not to attempt to compromise the security of the AI Experience or access confidential information related to the service; and (5) not to copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the AI Experience or any part of it.

The AI Experience is powered by powered by Azure Open AI GPT-3.5 and GPT-4. The AI Experience may provide links to other websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for your convenience only, and we are not responsible for their use, effect, or content.
Availability
This AI Experience is provided on an “as is” “where is” basis. We expressly reserve the right to modify, add or delete individual or all AI Experience functionalities without notice, or to discontinue the AI Experience temporarily or permanently and we provide no guarantee for the uninterrupted accessibility of the AI Experience.
Use of the Outputs of the AI Experience
You agree to use the outputs generated by the AI Experience (“Outputs”) for their intended purpose: to receive personalized advice, recipe and menu recommendations and recommendations regarding our products and services. You consent to us using any Outputs generated by you using the AI Experience for the purposes of worldwide marketing purposes in relation to the Campaign.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The AI Experience is solely for users who are resident in or are accessing the AI Experience from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and Qatar (hereinafter referred to as the “Permitted Jurisdictions”). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are located in and your use occurs within one of the Permitted Jurisdictions.
All disputes relating to these terms are governed by the laws the Permitted Jurisdiction in which you are resident and from which you access the services. The courts of the relevant Permitted Jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of it in connection with these terms or any non-contractual obligations connected with it (including a dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of these terms).
