Chef Marc loves meeting with our clients, helping them to streamline and simplify their service.
Born in South Africa, Chef Marc completed his training at Prue Lieths Culinary Academy where he graduated top of his class. Mentored by Olympic gold medal chefs, he has worked for some of the best chefs South Aftica has to offer.
He has strong skills in classical French cooking techniques and believes it is his duty to share his knowledge to all chefs striving for creating the best possible experience for their guests.
