Trishanna Persaud

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Chef Trishanna grew up in a very large Indo-Caribbean family where the flavors of the West-Indies were always the stars of the show. And from a very young age, Chef Trishanna has always had her hands in food and cooking.

She completed her culinary training at George Brown College in Toronto Chef, where she apprenticed in pastry and trained in classical French and Italian cuisine. Soon after she served in banquet kitchens and convention centers for several years. 

She further developed her specialization in the F&B industry when she transitioned to the UAE in 2012. Trishanna worked with 5-star hotels, liaising with chefs & outlets, customizing menus for corporate & private clients. Helping drive footfall to outlets is her forte, while always putting the customer’s dining experience first.
