Making the Patties:

  • Onion, red, sliced, sautéed 300 g
  • Beef, minced 1.2 kg
  • Beef, sausage meat 300 g
  • Peppercorns, crushed 5 g

For the Sauce:

  • KNORR Garde D’Or Hollandaise Sauce 400 ml
  • Cheese, cheddar, grated 200 g
  • Horseradish Sauce 40 g
  • Cheese, blue 100 g

Burger Construction:

  • Lettuce 200 g
  • Turkey bacon, cooked 200 g
  • Fries, Thick cut 1000 g
  1. Making the Patties:

    • Combine onions, beef mince, sausage mince, crushed peppercorns and Knorr Beef Bouillon Powder. Shape into 10 even sized patties. BBQ, grill or flat plate until cooked through.
  2. For the Sauce:

    • To make the horseradish cheese sauce, warm the Knorr Garde D’Or Hollandaise Sauce, stir in cheese until melted. Remove from heat and stir inthe horseradish sauce and Colman's English Mustard.
  3. Burger Construction:

    • Bottom bun, HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise, lettuce, meat patty, horseradish and cheese sauce, turkey bacon and top bun. Serve with thick cut fries.
