  • Coriander leaves, chopped 50.0 g
  • Avocado 3.0 pc

To Serve:

  • black beans cooked 425.0 g
  • Tortilla Bread 20.0 pc

Garnish:

  • Micro greens 70.0 g
  1. Main Dish:

    • Fry onions and capsicum in oil until softened.
    • Beat eggs and combine with Knorr Hollandaise Sauce.
    • Add eggs and cook, add cheese.
  2. Salsa:

    • Combine Knorr Tomato Pronto with the coriander and avocado.
  3. To Serve:

    • Add onion and capsicum to tortilla, top with egg, black beans and roll, serve with salsa.
  4. Garnish:

    • Scatter a few microgreens over burritos.
