Carbonara Sauce:

  • Chicken Breasts, sliced strips 1200.0 g
  • Onion, diced 100.0 g
  • Garlic, diced 30.0 g
  • Peas 250.0 g
  • Parsley, roughly chopped 30.0 g
  • Cooking cream 500.0 ml
  • Hot Water 200.0 ml
  • Black pepper, ground 5.0 g
  • Beef Bacon, Smoked, chopped 200.0 g
  • Pasta, penne boiled 2000.0 g
  • Oil 100.0 ml

Smoking:

Presentation:

  • Basil leaves, fresh 20.0 g
  • Cheese, parmesan, grated 200.0 g
  1. Carbonara Sauce:

    • Sauté chopped beef bacon until crisp in oil, add chicken breast slices, onion, garlic, peas and parsley continue sautéing for another minute.
    • Add the cream, water and Knorr Hollandaise Sauce, season with Knorr Chicken Stock Powder and finish with freshly cracked black pepper.
    • Add cooked penne pasta and toss all together.
  2. Smoking:

    • Smoke pasta mix while still in the pot.
  3. Presentation:

    • Plate pasta, garnish with basil leaves and parmesan flakes.
