  1. Carbonara Sauce:

    • Sauté chopped beef bacon until crisp in oil, add chicken breast slices, onion, garlic, peas and parsley continue sautéing for another minute.
    • Add the cream, water and Knorr Hollandaise Sauce, season with Knorr Chicken Stock Powderand finish with freshly cracked black pepper.
    • Add cooked penne pasta and toss all together.
