Main Dish:

  • Beef Chorizo, sliced 600.0 g

Salsa:

  • Tomato, cubes 1.0 kg
  • Coriander leaves, chopped 30.0 g
  • Jalapeño chilli brunoise 250.0 g
  • Onion, small dice 200.0 g

To Serve:

  • Avocado 3.0 pc
  • Small watercress sprigs 70.0 g
  1. Main Dish:

    • Poach eggs.
    • Toast English muffins
    • Cook chorizo until crispy.
  2. Salsa:

    • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season.

  3. To Serve:

    • Place English muffins on a plate and top with avocado, chorizo, eggs, salsa and Knorr Hollandaise Sauce, garnish with watercress.
