  • Cooked boiled chicken shred 400.0 g
  • Fresh mushroom, sliced 200.0 g
  • Corn can 120.0 g
  • Smoked turkey chopped in cube 50.0 g
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded 200.0 g
  • Parmesan cheese, Shredded 80.0 g
  • Emmental cheese 50.0 g

Pasta Nouille, a baked pasta dish, can be an addition to buffet side dish options or served on its own in a la carte menus. It is also a great option to the kiddie menu. Preparation

  1. The sauce 

    • In a saucepan melt the butter, saluted the garlic then add the cream of mushrooms, the water and the spices and boil them together 4 to 5 min
    • Add the cream and the grated parmesan remove from heat and set aside
  2. The pasta

    • In a large bowl combine the cooked pasta, the shredded chicken, corn, chopped mushrooms, the turkey and the prepared sauce.
    • Mix well to coat evenly
    • Transfer the pasta and the mixture to a baking dish
    • Add more sauce on top the add the shredded cheese on top and baked for 25 minutes on 180 degrees in oven
    • Remove and cut when its cold to get the shape you want
