  1. Method

    1. In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat, add flour and whisk constantly for 2 minutes until smooth and lightly cooked.
    2. Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes until soft.
    3. Add Knorr Tomato Prontoand stir for 2 minutes to deepen flavor and to remove Roux taste. 
    4. Add water and Knorr Chicken stock. Continue whisking to keep the soup lump-free.
    5. Season with salt, pepper and all spices you can add small pinch of sugar if needed.
    6. Blended until smooth.
    7. Served with your Favorite assorted ingredients form vegetables and proteins.
