Filling of Baklava

Vegetable Roast

  • Zucchini 180.0 g
  • Eggplants 200.0 g
  • Tomato 250.0 g
  • Olive oil 50.0 ml
  • Garlic, chopped 25.0 g
  • 1 bunch French thyme

Tomato Jam

Assembling

  • Baklava sheets 500.0 g
  • Frying oil
  • Mix micro greens

Preparation

  1. Filling of Baklava

    • In a blender mix all the ingredients together until you get a smoothly filling
      Set aside until it cools down
  2. Vegetable Roast


    • Confitall the vegetables in olive oil, garlic and thymes in oven for 1hour in 60-80 degrees
    • Set aside, and let is cool until ready to use
  3. Tomato Jam

    • In a pan put all the ingredients together, and cook over low heat cook the until you get texture of jam
    • Set aside until cold and remove all the whole spices.
  4. Assembling

    • In a tray open the baklava sheets 2 papers, and the filling and roll them cylinder shape
    • Fry them in oil or oven them until golden
    • Remove cut them in circle shape add the tomato jam on top, then the comfits vegetables
