Rice dough

For the filling

  • Corn oil 25.0 ml
  • Onion, white 150.0 g
  • Minced meat 500.0 g
  • Sweet black pepper 3.0 g
  • Cinnamon powder 2.0 g
  • Pine seeds 15.0 g
  • Sesame oil 10.0 g
  • Kale 25.0 g

Miso Tahini Sauce

  • Miso paste 20.0 g
  • Tahini 40.0 g
  • Yogurt, full fat 60.0 g
  • Knorr Professional Lime Powder 15.0 ml
  • Water 25.0 g
  • Cumin powder 2.0 g
  • Minced garlic 5.0 g
  • Soy sauce 10.0 ml

Preparation

  1. Rice dough

    • Boil the rice with the spices and Knorr chicken stock until the rice becomes over cooked or mushy.
    • Transfer to a Robocoup with the burgul until the dough is smooth and ready and set aside until cold
  2. For the filling

    • In a pan sautéed the onion with the oil until half cook
    • And the minced meat and mix well together
    • Add the spices and cook all together until the meat is ready
    • Then add the pines seeds, remove from heat and add the sesame oil
  3. Miso Tahini Sauce

    • In a bowl Wisk the tahini and the miso together
    • Add the yogurt and mix well then add the knorr lime powder and the other ingredients
    • Mix well and set aside
  4. Assembling

    • Shape the dough into open circle
    • add the stuffing inside and close the circul
    • Deep fried in oil until crispy
