Ranch Dressing:

  • Labneh 250.0 g
  • Parsley, dried 1.0 g
  • Garlic, paste 1.0 g
  • Worcestershire Sauce 5.0 ml
  • Vinegar 3.0 ml

Wings:

  • Chicken wings 3.0 kg
  • Chipotle, paste 30.0 g
  • Coriander 30.0 g
  • Celery sticks 300.0 g
  1. Ranch Dressing:

    • Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk together to combine.
  2. Wings:

    • Combine the wings, Knorr Hickory BBQ Sauce, Knorr Professional Teriyaki Sauce and the chipotle paste together and marinate overnight.
    • Bake in an oven tray at 180°C until cooked.
    • Serve with coriander, celery and Ranch dressing.
