Braising Liquid:

  • Cola 200 ml
  • Maple syrup 100 ml
  • Chipotle, paste 50 g
  • Water 500 ml
  • Star anise 4 pc
  1. Braising Liquid:

    • Combine all ingredients together, add to brisket.
    • Roast covered for 5 hours at 140°C. Uncover for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
