  1. Procedure

    • Heatpanover medium, add butter. 
    • Sweat shallots to translucent. 
    • Add peppercorns, cook until fragrant. 
    • Pour in Worcestershire sauce and Knorr Demiglace, bring to a boil and simmer. 
    • Adjust seasoning, turn off heat. 
    • Add cold butter to finish.
    • For a cream sauce, mix in 60ml cream.
