  1. Procedure

    • Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and add butter. 
    • Cook garlic until translucent, then add crushed peppercorn and cook until fragrant. 
    • Stir in Knorr Oyster Sauce, followed by diluted Knorr Demi Glace. 
    • Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer, taste, and adjust seasoning. 
    • Add cream if desired, Blend for a smoother sauce, if preferred.
