Ingredients
Pickled Chicken Soup:

Onion, sliced 200 g

Potato, grated 600 g

Carrots, grated 500 g

Cucumber pickles, sliced 200 g

Sweet potato 500 g

Garlic 30 g

Sour cream 700 ml

Water 3 l

Black pepper, ground 20 g
Preparation

Pickled Chicken Soup:
- In a large pot, sauté garlic, potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes and onions in butter. Add pickles and continue to cook for a few minutes or until vegetables become tender.
- Prepare Knorr Cream of Chicken Soup with 3 L of water and add to the vegetables cooking. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender.
- For a garnish, top the soup with sour cream or place it on the side.
