Pickled Chicken Soup:

  • Onion, sliced 200.0 g
  • Potato, grated 600.0 g
  • Carrots, grated 500.0 g
  • Cucumber pickles, sliced 200.0 g
  • Sweet potato 500.0 g
  • Garlic 30.0 g
  • Sour cream 700.0 ml
  • Water 3.0 l
  • Black pepper, ground 20.0 g
  1. Pickled Chicken Soup:

    • In a large pot, sauté garlic, potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes and onions in butter. Add pickles and continue to cook for a few minutes or until vegetables become tender.
    • Prepare Knorr Cream of Chicken Soup with 3 L of water and add to the vegetables cooking. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender.
    • For a garnish, top the soup with sour cream or place it on the side.
