Method:

  • White fish fillet 1500 g
  • Plain flour 200 g
  • Eggs 8 pc
  • Cornmeal or polenta, fine 500 g
  • French Fries 1500 g
  • Coleslaw, salad 1500 g
  • Knorr Concentrated Chicken Bouillon (6x1L) 20 ml
  1. Method:

    • Thinly slice the fish to resemble thin schnitzels.
    • Coat the fish in the flour, egg and then cornmeal. Deep fry until cooked through and golden.
    • Serve fish with French fries and a coleslaw salad.
