Stew:

  • Knorr Corn Oil (4x5L) 100 ml
  • Red onion, cubes 500 g
  • Ginger, paste 70 g
  • Garlic, paste 70 g
  • Cinnamon sticks 25 g
  • Cumin powder 25 g
  • Coriander powder 50 g
  • Bezar spice 65 g
  • Turmeric, powder 50 g
  • Chilli, powder 5 g
  • Black Lemon, dried 125 g
  • Garam Masala Powder 25 g
  • Sweet Potato, cubes 500 g
  • Pumpkin, cubes 500 g
  • Water 3 l
  • Baby marrow, cubes 500 g

Serving:

  • Knorr Concentrated Chicken Bouillon (6x1L) 30 ml
  • Arabic Bread, cubes 800 g
  • Coriander leaves 125 g
  1. Stew:

    • Heat the oil and sauté the onions till soft.
    • Add the ginger, garlic paste and all the spices and sauté till fragrant.
    • Add the sweet potato and pumpkin and sweat for 2 min.
    • Add in the water, Knorr Chicken Stock Cube and Knorr Tomato Pronto and simmer for 10 min.
    • Add in the baby marrow and simmer for another 10 min or till all the vegetables are soft.
  2. Serving:

    • Remove from heat and stir in the Knorr Concentrated Chicken Bouillon, half the coriander leaves then the Arabic bread Just before serving.
    • Plate into bowls and finish with the rest of the fresh coriander.
