1. Stew:

    • Heat the oil and sauté the onions till soft.
    • Add the ginger, garlic paste and all the spices and sauté till fragrant.
    • Add the sweet potato and pumpkin and sweat for 2 min.
    • Add in the water, Knorr Chicken Stock Cube and Knorr Tomato Pronto and simmer for 10 min.
    • Add in the baby marrow and simmer for another 10 min or till all the vegetables are soft.
  2. Serving:

    • Remove from heat and stir in the Knorr Concentrated Chicken Bouillon, half the coriander leaves then the Arabic bread Just before serving.
    • Plate into bowls and finish with the rest of the fresh coriander.
