Mie Goreng:

  • Peeled shrimp or chicken fillet (cut into thin strips) 70.0 g
  • Oil 45.0 ml
  • Onions, sliced 50.0 g
  • Garlic, minced 30.0 g
  • Red chilies, finely sliced 10.0 g
  • Carrots, julienne 50.0 g
  • Egg noodles, blanched 400.0 g
  • Green cabbage, julienne
  • Soy sauce 45.0 ml
  • Knorr Professional Kecap Manis (Sweet Soya Sauce) (6x1.525kg) 45.0 ml
  • Sambal (choice to adjust accordingly) 20.0 g
  • Egg noodles, cooked 415.0 g
  • Spring onions, finely sliced 10.0 g
  • Fried shallots 10.0 g

Preparation

  1. Mie Goreng:

    • Season shrimp with Knorr Professional Chicken Stock Powder.
    • Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the shrimp and add onions and garlic.
    • Add the chilies and carrots.
    • Add the soy sauce, Knorr Professional Kecap Manis (Sweet Soya Sauce) and sambal. Add a little water if necessary.
    • Taste and adjust seasoning.
    • Toss in the noodles.
    • Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with spring onions and fried shallots.

    • Fried egg can be added to the recipe.
